Little Gransden, Cambridgeshire

MT Architecture Ltd was appointed at RIBA Stage 1 to develop a set of preliminary sketches for a 6000sqft property in Little Gransden.

The site benefited from Outline Planning Consent and MT Architecture Ltd secured Full Planning via a Reserved Matters submission to South Cambridgeshire District Council.

MT Architecture Ltd then developed their design Post Planning via Building Regulations submission (via an Independent Approved Inspector) and commencement / completion on site.

MT Architecture Ltd developed  from RIBA Stage 2 to RIBA stages 4 / 5 working in conjunction with Bartram Timber & SAP Easy Ltd.
